Who we are

goodtokens.cc is a marketing site for an AI API platform, currently in private beta. It is operated by EKOI, Inc., a company registered in Japan.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect is what you submit through our contact form: your work email, name, company, expected monthly spend, models of interest, and message. We do not operate user accounts on this marketing site, we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not run analytics beyond what our hosting provider sets for basic operation.

Purpose of use

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether and how to onboard you as a customer. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.

To operate the contact form, we rely on the following processors:

Cross-border transfer

The processors above are located outside Japan, in the United States. By submitting the contact form, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States for the purposes described above.

Retention

We retain contact form submissions only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to complete onboarding. We do not keep it longer than that.

Your rights

You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of any personal data you have submitted to us. To do so, email contact@goodtokens.cc and we will respond within a reasonable time.

goodtokens.cc は、現在プライベートベータ運用中のAI APIプラットフォームのマーケティングサイトです。 日本国内で登記された株式会社EKOIが運営しています。

取得する個人情報

当サイトが取得する個人情報は、お問い合わせフォームからご送信いただく内容（業務用メールアドレス、 お名前、会社名、想定月間利用額、関心のあるモデル、メッセージ）のみです。当サイトにはユーザー アカウントの仕組みはなく、トラッキングや広告目的のCookieも使用しません。ホスティング事業者が 基本動作のために設定するもの以外の解析ツールも使用していません。

利用目的

ご送信いただいた情報は、お問い合わせへの返信、および導入の可否・方法の検討のために利用します。 それ以外の目的での利用や、第三者への販売は行いません。

第三者提供・委託

お問い合わせフォームの運用にあたり、以下の委託先（プロセッサー）を利用しています。

  • Resend — メール送信（トランザクションメール）、所在地：米国。
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — スパム・ボット対策、所在地：米国。
  • Vercel — ウェブサイトのホスティング、所在地：米国。

外国にある第三者への提供

上記の委託先はいずれも日本国外（米国）に所在しています。お問い合わせフォームを送信することで、 上記の利用目的のために、お客様の情報が米国へ移転・処理されることに同意したものとみなされます。

保有期間

お問い合わせフォームで取得した情報は、お問い合わせへの対応、および（お客様となられた場合の） 導入手続きの完了に必要な期間に限り保有し、それを超えて保有することはありません。

開示等の請求について

ご送信いただいた個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止（削除）をご希望の場合は、contact@goodtokens.cc までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
